These designer sticker sheets are made on speciality sticker sheet paper with backing paper.

A pack contains 25 stickers, design as shown in the image.
Stickers may contain slight white edges due to the sheer size of the stickers, if the white edges are there you can easily cut them with scissors and it does not impact design in any way.
